Personal mastery determines to develop personal skill and increase the concentration level towards the goal. It influences the creativity of the individual team member to resolve any common issue. It signifies the dedication of the employees towards the learning process. In an organization where employees learn any process quickly possess competitive advantage. Commitment is the key word in this process as learning cannot be forced on any one (Hogan and Coote 2014). Mental model influences individuals action and performance. It plays a crucial role in everyones performance. It puts a significant impact on individuals vision. It indicates what people need to follow. According to this stage, it is important for every organization to remove confrontational attitudes to establish a learning organization. It will promote trust and efficiency among the team members (Siemens 2014). Shared vision signifies a process in which team members share their views with each other. Shared vision reflects everyones personal vision. It motivates the team member to give their best performance to achieve the common goal. It is often evident, organizational leaders share their vision with their subordinates to influence them to contribute to defeat the competitors to achieve long-term organizational goal. Great leaders are god learners as well. They concentrate on the problems and issues of their subordinates (Marquardt 2014). There are various types leadership styles that defines the different features of leadership, such as- laissez faire, autocratic, behavioral, democratic, transactional, transformational, situational. Transformational leadership style is considered as the most effective leadership style. In this type of leadership, leaders encourage their team members to participate in the decision making procedure of the organization. In order to achieve success, transformational leaders focus on the strengths of the team members and nurture their skills to improve the quality of t heir performance. According to me, it will be beneficial for the growth of the organization. The organizational management must encourage its employees to learn new and innovative techniques so they can contribute to establish a better future for the organization. The success of the organization is highly dependent on the performance of the employees. They are the key element of every organization. I believe leaders must share their vision with their team members to motivate them. Team members will be able to identify the objective of the organization. It will increase the commitment of the employees towards the organization. They feel as an important part of the organization which will help them to give their best performance for the improvement of the organizational structure. I believe the learning must be an integral part of organizational strategy. It wil l help the organizational management to earn desired position in the society.
